Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to PickleTour.Pro. Since our platform offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and services through a credit-based system ("Credits"), we strictly enforce a clear refund and cancellation policy as outlined below:

1. Digital Credits Purchases
  • All purchases of digital Credits on PickleTour.Pro are final and non-refundable.

  • Once Credits are successfully credited to your account, they cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or physical currency under any circumstances.

2. Premium Feature Activation
  • Credits used to unlock premium features for a tournament (such as the Broadcasting Engine or Sponsorship Modules) are consumed immediately upon activation.

  • No refunds or credit reversals will be issued if a tournament is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed by the organizer or any external factors beyond PickleTour.Pro's control.

3. Exceptions & Technical Failures
We only consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances, including:
  • Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged twice for a single credit package due to a payment gateway glitch, we will refund the duplicate payment.

  • Technical System Errors: If you purchased Credits but the system failed to deliver them to your account balance within 24 hours due to a technical bug, and our team cannot resolve it, a full refund for that transaction will be issued.

4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a valid refund claim for the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date at:

  • Please include your Username, Transaction ID, and proof of the technical issue. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
